Privacypolicy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
NeosCreative Ltd ("NeosCreative", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and being clear about how we use it. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have under UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
Who we are
NeosCreative Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This means we decide how and why your personal data is used.
- Company: NeosCreative Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 04078602
- Registered address: 5–9 Eden Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1BQ, United Kingdom
- Contact: team@neoscreative.com
This policy covers our website, enquiries, client projects, supplier relationships and business development. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client (for example, visitor data collected through an interactive stand experience we run for them), our client is the data controller and their privacy notice applies. We handle that data under a separate data processing agreement.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as information about health, ethnicity or religious beliefs). If you choose to share it with us, for example accessibility or dietary requirements for an event, we will use it only for that purpose.
How we use your information and our legal basis
We only use personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so. The table below sets out what we use your data for and the legal basis we rely on.
| Purpose | Legal basis |

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our interests are overridden by your rights. You can contact us for more information about this assessment.
We send marketing emails to business contacts in line with PECR. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
AI-assisted tools
We use AI-assisted tools to help with tasks such as drafting content, summarising information and managing our workflows. When we do:
- We limit the personal data we put into these tools to what the task needs.
- We use business versions of these tools, under terms that stop our data being used to train the provider's AI models.
- A member of our team reviews the output before we rely on it.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the following, where necessary to run our business:
- Website hosting, IT and cloud service providers

- Payment, accounting and banking providers
- Build contractors, fabricators and production partners in the UK and abroad
- Exhibition organisers and venues
- Logistics, freight and travel providers
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and insurers
Where these organisations process data on our behalf, they must protect it under a written contract and may only use it in line with our instructions.
We may also share personal data where the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a sale, merger or restructuring of our business.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work. Others help us understand how visitors use the site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
We only set cookies that are not strictly necessary once you have agreed to them through the cookie banner on our website. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings link on our website or through your browser settings. For details of the cookies we use and how long they last, please see our Cookie Policy.
International data transfers
We work with partners and service providers outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we make sure it remains protected by using one of the following:
- UK adequacy regulations, which confirm that the destination country protects personal data to an appropriate standard
- The UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses
- The UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified
You can contact us for more information about the safeguards we use.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or to meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. As a guide:
| Type of data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that do not lead to a project | 2 years from our last contact |
| Client and supplier records, contracts and invoices | 6 years from the end of the financial year the project ended |
| Marketing contacts | Until you unsubscribe or object. We then keep a minimal record so we do not contact you again |
| Website analytics data | Up to 26 months, depending on the tool's settings |
We may keep data for longer where we need it for an ongoing legal claim. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymise it.
How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including access controls, secure passwords and multi-factor authentication, and reputable service providers. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a data breach occurs.
Children's privacy
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to delete your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data
- Object to us using your data where we rely on legitimate interests
- Object at any time to us using your data for direct marketing. If you do, we will stop
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format, where this applies
- Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you
To exercise any of these rights, please email team@neoscreative.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We do not usually charge a fee. We will respond within one month. If your request is complex or we receive several requests from you, we may extend this by up to two further months, and we will tell you if we do.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please complain to us first by emailing team@neoscreative.com with "Data protection complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay, and tell you the outcome.

Cookiepolicy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Neos Creative Limited ("NeosCreative", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on neoscreative.com, what they do and how you can control them. Please read it alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle your personal data.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They let the site remember things, such as your preferences, and help us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies, such as tags and pixels, which work in a similar way. In this policy we call all of these "cookies".
Some cookies are set by us ("first-party cookies"). Others are set by the services we use, such as analytics and advertising providers ("third-party cookies").
How we use cookies
We group the cookies on our website into four categories:
Strictly necessary. These make the website work and keep it secure, for example by remembering your cookie choices. They cannot be switched off, and we do not need your consent to use them.
Analytics. These help us understand how visitors use the site, which pages are popular and how people find us, so we can improve it. We only set them if you agree.
Marketing. These help us measure how well our advertising and email campaigns work, for example on LinkedIn, and link website visits to enquiries you choose to send us. We only set them if you agree.
Embedded media. Some pages show videos or other content hosted by third parties, such as Vimeo. These services may set their own cookies when you play the content. We only load them if you agree.
Your choices
When you first visit our website, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. You can accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. Rejecting cookies is as easy as accepting them, and the website works either way.
You can change your mind at any time by selecting "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, we stop setting those cookies from that point on. It does not affect anything collected before.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site may not work as intended. The Information Commissioner's Office explains how to manage cookies at ico.org.uk.
The cookies we use
The table below lists the main cookies set on our website. Names and durations are set by each provider and can change; we check them regularly and update this list.

Termsof trading
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These are the terms we work to when we design, produce, hire out and install exhibition stands, events and related work for you. This page sets them out in plain English. The full Terms and Conditions come with every Estimate, and they are the version that applies to your contract.
About these terms
These terms apply when Neos Creative Limited (“NeosCreative”, “we”, “us”), company number 04078602, registered office 5–9 Eden Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1BQ, supplies goods, hires out equipment or carries out contract work for you, including work at exhibition venues.
If anything on this page differs from the full Terms and Conditions attached to your Estimate, the full terms apply. You can download the full Terms and Conditions (PDF, 10 pages), or this page as a plain-English summary (PDF, 3 pages).
Our terms are written for business customers. By accepting an Estimate, you confirm you are acting for a business.
Estimates and your contract
A contract is formed when you accept our Estimate and sign the authorisation to proceed. The Estimate sets out the scope, the price and the Critical Dates for your project.
The Critical Dates table lists the deadlines for approvals, design, graphics, organiser submissions and orders. Keeping to them is what keeps your build on time. Late approvals or changes can add cost or limit what is possible before the show opens.
How we price
Each Estimate is split into three parts: project execution (design, technical design and project management), production, and venue charges. You can see exactly where the budget goes.
Venue service charges are passed through at cost, with no markup. Other third-party costs we buy in for your project carry a 25% handling charge, unless your Estimate says otherwise.
If the venue or organiser charges for services we arrange for you, or if work is delayed or has to be repeated for reasons outside our control, those costs are added to your invoice.
Payment
We invoice 75% of the contract value when you accept the Estimate. The balance is due within 30 days of our final invoice.
If an invoice is paid late, we may charge interest at 8% a year above the Bank of England base rate until it is paid.
Cancellation and postponement
If you cancel, the charge depends on how close it is to the first day of build-up:
- More than 90 days before build-up: 25% of the contract value
- 90 to 61 days before: 50%
- 60 to 31 days before: 75%
- 30 days or less, or once production has started: 100%
If you need to postpone, tell us as early as you can and we will set out what it means for your project before anything is charged.
Your responsibilities
You give us accurate information, artwork and approvals by the Critical Dates, and make sure your team on the stand follows the venue and organiser rules.
You hold public liability insurance of at least £2,000,000 for the event.
Hire, storage and reuse
Hired items remain our property. They must be returned in the same condition, allowing for normal wear.
If we store your stand or graphics between shows, storage is charged at the rate stated in your Estimate.
Health, safety and CDM
We plan and build to the venue’s health and safety rules and prepare the risk assessments and method statements the organiser needs.
We take on the Principal Contractor or Principal Designer role under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 only where your Estimate says so.
Defects and rectification
If something is not right when the stand is handed over, tell us straight away. We will put it right on site wherever we can.
Our insurance and liability
We carry £2,000,000 public and products liability, £10,000,000 employer’s liability and £1,000,000 professional indemnity insurance.
Our total liability under a contract is limited to the charges paid under it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Events outside our control
If something outside either party’s control, such as a venue closure, stops the work, neither of us is liable for the delay. Costs we have already committed to your project remain payable.
Personal data
Where we each handle personal data in connection with your project, for example contact details for the people we work with, we each do so as a data controller under UK GDPR and each of us is responsible for its own compliance. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal data for our own purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Conditions ofpurchase
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 18 October 2026
Every purchase order issued by Neos Creative Limited is placed on these Conditions of Purchase. Please read them before accepting an order. They replace any previous terms issued by Neos Creative Limited with a purchase order.
1. Definitions and interpretation
1.1. In these Conditions the following words have the following meanings:
| Build-Up Period | the period allowed by the Organiser and the Venue for delivery, construction, installation and dressing of the stand or other structure to which the Order relates. |
| Business Day | a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday when banks in London are open for business. |
| Client | the person for whom Neos is carrying out the project to which the Order relates. |
| Conditions | these conditions of purchase. |
| Contract | the contract between Neos and the Supplier formed in accordance with condition 2. |
| Delivery Date | the date or dates for delivery, completion or performance stated in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing or, where none is stated or agreed, the date by which the Supply must be complete to allow the stand or other structure to be finished before the Event opens. |
| Event | the exhibition, conference, roadshow or other event to which the Order relates. |
| Goods | the goods, materials, equipment and other items to be supplied under the Order. |
| Neos | Neos Creative Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 04078602, whose registered office is at 5-9 Eden Street, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 1BQ. |
| Order | the purchase order issued by Neos to which these Conditions are attached or in which they are referred to. |
| Organiser | the organiser or promoter of the Event. |
| Services | the services, work and labour to be performed under the Order. |
| Specification | the description, drawings, samples, standards, finishes and other requirements for the Supply set out in or referred to in the Order. |
| Supplier | the person, firm or company to whom the Order is addressed. |
| Supply | the Goods and the Services together. |
| Venue | the premises at which the Supply is to be delivered or performed. |
1.2. A reference to a statute is to that provision as amended or re-enacted at the relevant time. Headings do not affect interpretation. A reference to writing includes email. “Including” and “in particular” do not limit what precedes them.
2. Formation and precedence
2.1. The Order is an offer by Neos to purchase the Supply on these Conditions.
2.2. The Supplier accepts the Order by acknowledging it in writing or by beginning to perform it, whichever happens first. Acceptance is on these Conditions and on no others.
2.3. These Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms, including any terms the Supplier seeks to apply or which are printed on or referred to in any quotation, tender, acknowledgement, order confirmation, invoice, delivery note, timesheet, packing note, gate pass or other document, whether or not that document is signed, countersigned or returned by Neos.
2.4. Signature by Neos or by any person on Neos’s behalf of a delivery note, site sheet, timesheet, gate pass or organiser form acknowledges attendance or receipt only and is not acceptance of any terms.
2.5. No variation of these Conditions is effective unless in writing and signed by a director of Neos.
2.6. Where these Conditions conflict with the front page of the Order, the front page prevails.
3. The Supply
3.1. The Supplier shall provide the Supply in accordance with the Specification, in the quantities and at the price stated in the Order, and by the Delivery Date.
3.2. The Supplier shall perform the Services with the skill, care and diligence to be expected of a properly qualified and experienced contractor supplying goods and services of a similar nature for exhibitions and live events.
3.3. The Goods shall be new unless the Order states otherwise, free from defects in design, materials and workmanship, fit for the purpose stated in or reasonably to be inferred from the Order, and compliant with all applicable law and standards, including as to fire performance, electrical safety and structural adequacy.
3.4. Where the Order, the Venue or the Organiser requires it, the Supplier shall provide certification of fire rating, structural calculations, and electrical testing certificates for all equipment brought on site, in each case before the Goods arrive at the Venue.
3.5. The Supplier shall not substitute any material, component, finish, dimension or sub-supplier specified in the Order without Neos’s prior written consent.
4. Time
4.1. Time is of the essence in relation to the Delivery Date and the Build-Up Period. The Supplier acknowledges that the Event opens on a fixed date which cannot be moved, that the Build-Up Period cannot be extended, and that late or defective performance is likely to cause Neos loss out of all proportion to the value of the Order, including liability to the Client.
4.2. The Supplier shall notify Neos in writing as soon as it becomes aware of anything likely to delay or prevent performance by the Delivery Date, and shall at its own cost take all steps reasonably available to avoid or reduce the delay, including additional labour, overtime and expedited freight.
4.3. If the Supplier fails to deliver or complete by the Delivery Date, or if Neos reasonably considers that it will fail to do so, Neos may without prejudice to its other rights and remedies: (1) terminate the Contract in whole or in part; (2) obtain substitute goods or services from a third party and recover from the Supplier the amount by which the cost of doing so exceeds the price of the Order; (3) recover any additional freight, labour, storage, standby, overtime, accommodation, Venue and Organiser charges incurred as a result; and (4) claim damages for any other loss caused by the delay.
5. Variations
5.1. Neos may vary the Supply by written instruction at any time before completion. Where a variation affects price or programme the Supplier shall notify Neos in writing before carrying it out, and shall not carry it out until Neos has confirmed the price in writing, unless the time available within the Build-Up Period does not allow.
5.2. No claim for additional payment will be considered unless it arises from a written instruction from Neos, or from a verbal instruction given on site by a director of Neos or the Neos project manager for the Event which the Supplier has confirmed to Neos in writing within five Business Days of the Event closing.
6. Delivery, access and site conditions
6.1. Delivery shall be to the address and within the delivery window stated in the Order. The Supplier is responsible for scheduling with the Venue and the Organiser and for obtaining vehicle passes, marshalling slots and site access, and bears all costs of doing so.
6.2. The Supplier shall satisfy itself as to access, floor loading, rigging points, dimensions, power supply, working heights and all other site conditions relevant to the Supply, and shall be deemed to have done so.
6.3. Risk in the Goods passes to Neos on delivery to the address stated in the Order or, where the Supplier installs them, on completion of installation and acceptance by Neos.
6.4. The Supplier shall remove all packaging, waste and surplus material from the Venue and shall reinstate the Venue as required by the Organiser. Any waste, disposal, reinstatement, damage or overrun charge levied by the Venue or the Organiser as a result of the Supplier’s act or omission is payable by the Supplier and may be deducted from any sum due to it.
7. Health, safety and CDM
7.1. The Supplier shall comply with all applicable health and safety law, with the Venue’s technical and safety regulations, and with the Organiser’s rules and any site rules notified to it.
7.2. The Supplier shall comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 where they apply, and shall co-operate with and provide all information reasonably required by any principal designer or principal contractor appointed for the project.
7.3. The Supplier shall provide risk assessments and method statements, evidence of the competence and training of its personnel, and evidence of the insurances required by condition 13, in each case not less than ten Business Days before the start of the Build-Up Period or by such other date as the Order states. Neos may refuse site access to any person or vehicle for which that evidence has not been provided, and the Supplier bears the cost and consequences of any such refusal.
7.4. Neos may require the removal from site of any person whose conduct or competence gives Neos reasonable cause for concern, and the Supplier shall replace that person at its own cost without delay.
8. Inspection, rectification and step-in
8.1. Neos may inspect and test the Supply at any stage, at the Supplier’s premises or on site. Inspection, testing, acceptance of delivery or payment does not amount to acceptance of defective work and does not relieve the Supplier of any obligation.
8.2. If the Supply does not comply with the Contract, Neos may reject it in whole or in part and require the Supplier to repair or replace it at the Supplier’s cost, or may accept it subject to a reduction in price reasonably reflecting the non-compliance.
8.3. Defects apparent during the Build-Up Period or while the Event is open shall be rectified by the Supplier on site immediately and at its own cost. If the Supplier does not or cannot do so within the time available, Neos may carry out or procure the rectification itself and recover the cost from the Supplier, and may do so without further notice where the Event is open or about to open.
8.4. If the Supplier abandons the Supply, becomes unable to complete it, or the Contract is terminated under condition 15, Neos may take possession of any part-completed work, materials, drawings and files relating to the Order and complete the Supply itself or through others.
9. Warranty
9.1. The Supplier warrants that the Supply will comply with conditions 3 and 4 and will remain free from defects in design, materials and workmanship for twelve months from the close of the Event, or for such longer period as the Order states or as the Supplier offers to its customers generally, whichever is the longest.
9.2. The Supplier’s warranties and liability under the Contract shall in no case be shorter in duration, narrower in scope or lower in amount than the corresponding obligation owed by Neos to the Client in respect of the same subject matter, where Neos has notified the Supplier of that obligation before the Supplier accepted the Order.
9.3. Any repaired or replaced item is warranted afresh for the unexpired balance of the warranty period or for six months, whichever is longer.
10. Price and payment
10.1. The price stated in the Order is fixed and exclusive of VAT, and includes packing, carriage, insurance, delivery, unloading, site access, waste removal and all other costs unless the Order states otherwise. No increase applies without Neos’s prior written agreement.
10.2. The Supplier shall invoice on or after completion of the Supply, quoting the purchase order number and the job number shown on the Order. Neos shall pay valid, correctly addressed and undisputed invoices within 30 days of receipt, or on such other terms as the Order states.
10.3. Neos may withhold payment of any sum disputed in good faith, and may set off against any sum payable to the Supplier under this or any other contract any sum owed by the Supplier to Neos, whether or not the amount is agreed or ascertained.
10.4. Where the Order states a retention, Neos may retain that percentage of the price until 30 days after the close of the Event and the completion of all rectification.
10.5. The Supplier shall have no lien over any goods, drawings, materials or property belonging to Neos or to the Client, and shall not suspend performance or refuse to release any item by reason of any payment dispute.
11. Title
11.1. Title to the Goods passes to Neos on the earlier of delivery and payment. Where Neos has paid for Goods or materials before delivery, title passes on payment, and until delivery the Supplier shall hold them as bailee, store them separately from its own property and that of any third party, mark them as belonging to Neos, keep them insured, and permit Neos to inspect and remove them on request.
12. Intellectual property
12.1. All intellectual property rights in any drawings, designs, models, CAD and production files, specifications, artwork and other materials created by or for the Supplier in performing the Order vest in Neos on creation, and the Supplier assigns them to Neos with full title guarantee and waives all moral rights in them.
12.2. The Supplier shall not use, reproduce, adapt or disclose any design, drawing, specification or other material supplied by Neos, or created under the Order, for any purpose other than performing the Order.
12.3. The Supplier shall not photograph, film, publish, exhibit or otherwise use any image or description of the Supply, the stand, the Event or the Client, in any medium including its website, social media, portfolio and award entries, without Neos’s prior written consent.
12.4. The Supplier warrants that the Supply will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and shall indemnify Neos against all losses arising out of any claim that it does.
13. Insurance
13.1. The Supplier shall maintain with reputable insurers: public liability insurance of not less than £5,000,000 for any one occurrence; employer’s liability insurance of not less than £5,000,000, or the minimum required by law where that is higher; product liability insurance of not less than £5,000,000 in the aggregate; and, where the Supply includes any element of design, professional indemnity insurance of not less than £1,000,000 for any one claim.
13.2. Cover shall be maintained for the duration of the Contract and for six years after the close of the Event. The Supplier shall produce certificates on request and in any event before mobilisation, and shall notify Neos immediately if cover lapses or is materially altered.
14. Indemnity and liability
14.1. The Supplier shall indemnify Neos against all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal costs and including any liability of Neos to the Client, the Organiser or the Venue, arising out of or in connection with any breach by the Supplier of the Contract or any negligent or wilful act or omission of the Supplier or its personnel or sub-contractors.
14.2. The Supplier’s liability under the Contract is not limited or excluded except as expressly stated in these Conditions, and no limitation or exclusion contained in the Supplier’s own terms applies.
14.3. Nothing in these Conditions limits or excludes the liability of either party for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Termination
15.1. Neos may terminate the Contract in whole or in part with immediate effect by written notice if: (1) the Supplier commits a material breach and, where the breach is capable of remedy and the time available allows, fails to remedy it within the period Neos specifies; (2) the Supplier fails to meet the Delivery Date, or Neos reasonably considers that it will fail to do so; (3) any insurance required by condition 13 lapses or is materially reduced; (4) the Supplier undergoes a change of control; or (5) the Supplier becomes insolvent or subject to any insolvency procedure, to the extent permitted by section 233B of the Insolvency Act 1986.
15.2. Neos may terminate the Contract in whole or in part for convenience by written notice, in which case Neos shall pay for Supply properly performed to the date of termination and for materials properly ordered which cannot reasonably be cancelled, returned or used elsewhere, in each case on production of evidence, and shall have no further liability.
15.3. On termination the Supplier shall immediately deliver to Neos all work in progress, all materials paid for by Neos, and all drawings, files and other property of Neos or of the Client in its possession or control.
15.4. Conditions 9, 10.3, 10.5, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 19 survive termination, together with any other condition which by its nature is intended to do so.
16. Confidentiality, publicity and direct approaches
16.1. The Supplier shall keep confidential all information concerning Neos, the Client, the project and the Event which it obtains in connection with the Order, and shall not use it except to perform the Order. This does not apply to information which is or becomes public otherwise than by breach of this condition, which was lawfully known to the Supplier before disclosure, or which the Supplier is required to disclose by law or by a court or regulator, provided that the Supplier notifies Neos first where it is lawful to do so.
16.2. The Supplier shall not refer to Neos or to the Client in any marketing material, publicity or announcement without Neos’s prior written consent.
16.3. For the duration of the Contract and for twelve months after the close of the Event the Supplier shall not, in relation to the Event or any comparable project, approach, solicit or contract directly with the Client without Neos’s prior written consent. This condition does not restrict the Supplier from continuing to deal with any person with whom it had an established trading relationship before the date of the Order.
17. Compliance and data protection
17.1. The Supplier shall comply with all applicable law, including the Bribery Act 2010 and all applicable sanctions and export control regimes, and shall maintain policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 within its business and its supply chain.
17.2. The Supplier shall comply with applicable data protection law. Where the Supplier processes personal data on Neos’s behalf it shall do so only on Neos’s documented instructions and on terms complying with Article 28 of the UK GDPR, and shall not transfer that data outside the United Kingdom without Neos’s prior written consent.
18. General
18.1. The Supplier shall not assign, sub-contract, charge or otherwise transfer the Contract or any part of it without Neos’s prior written consent. Where consent is given the Supplier remains fully responsible for the acts and omissions of its sub-contractors. Neos may assign or transfer the Contract or any part of it.
18.2. Nothing in the Contract creates a partnership or joint venture between the parties or makes either the agent of the other, and neither party has authority to bind the other or to enter into any contract on the other’s behalf.
18.3. The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in relation to its subject matter and supersedes all previous arrangements. Neither party has relied on any statement, promise or representation not set out in the Contract. Nothing in this condition limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
18.4. Notices shall be in writing in English and delivered by hand, by pre-paid first class or recorded post, by commercial courier, or by email to the address stated in the Order. A notice of termination or of material breach is not validly served by email alone.
18.5. No failure or delay by Neos in exercising any right or remedy is a waiver of it, and no waiver of one breach is a waiver of any other.
18.6. If any provision of these Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions and of the remainder of the provision in question is not affected.
18.7. A person who is not a party to the Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms.
18.8. If these Conditions are translated into any language other than English, the English text prevails.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
19.1. The Contract, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), is governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Accessibilitystatement
Last updated: 18 October 2026
We want everyone who visits neoscreative.com to be able to use it, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. This statement explains how accessible our website is, what we are doing to improve it, and how to contact us if you have a problem.
Our commitment
Neos Creative Limited aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the recognised standard for accessible websites. We consider accessibility at every stage of design and build, and test with real assistive technology as well as automated tools.
How we have designed this website
You should be able to:
- navigate the whole website using only a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
- use the website with a screen reader, such as VoiceOver, NVDA or JAWS;
- zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen or content being lost;
- read text with sufficient colour contrast against its background;
- understand images through descriptive alternative text;
- watch our films with captions, and read transcripts where content is spoken;
- turn off animation, as the site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting; and
- complete our enquiry form with clearly labelled fields and helpful error messages.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability: mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk.
How accessible this website is
This website has not yet been independently audited against WCAG 2.2 AA. We have carried out our own checks and we believe the site meets most of the level AA requirements, but we cannot claim full compliance until an independent audit has been completed.
We know that some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some older PDF documents, such as brochures, may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
- Some embedded content from third parties, such as videos hosted on Vimeo, may not meet every requirement.
We are working on these issues. If you need information from any of this content in a different format, please contact us.

How we tested this website
This website was last tested on 18 October 2026. The testing was carried out in-house by NeosCreative. We tested every page on the site using automated checks covering heading structure and order, image alternative text, link and button labelling, form labelling, landmark regions, page titles and language, together with layout checks at 1440px, 834px and 390px.
We have not yet carried out testing with assistive technology users, and the site has not been audited by an independent accessibility specialist. We intend to arrange an audit and we will update this statement when it is done.
This statement was prepared on 25 September 2026 and last updated on 18 October 2026. We will review it at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the website.
