How NeosCreative and 5Studio helped deliver a connected conference, exhibition and networking experience at London's QEII Centre.
When people think of NeosCreative, exhibition stand design and build is often the first thing that comes to mind.
And while exhibitions are a huge part of what we do, our creative thinking and production expertise extend well beyond the exhibition hall.
We also design, develop and deliver live events, conferences, branded environments and experiences that bring people together.
In October 2026, we had the pleasure of collaborating with our fantastic production partners at 5Studio to support the IAMTN Annual Summit 2026, held at the iconic QEII Centre in Westminster, London.
The two-day summit brought together professionals from across the international money transfer and payments industry, creating opportunities for knowledge sharing, meaningful conversations and valuable connections.
For us, it was another opportunity to demonstrate how thoughtful design and coordinated production can help transform an event into a complete experience.
One Event. Multiple Experiences.
A successful conference is about much more than what happens on stage.
It's about creating an environment where every element works together, from the moment delegates arrive to the conversations that continue long after the presentations finish.
Working alongside 5Studio, our involvement in the IAMTN Annual Summit covered several key areas:
- Main plenary and conference environment: Supporting the physical setting for presentations, discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Eight exhibition and sponsor spaces: Creating branded opportunities for participating organisations to connect with delegates.
- Dedicated networking area: Providing a space that encouraged conversations and relationship building.
- Evening drinks reception and dinner: Supporting the transition from the formal conference programme into a more relaxed social experience.
Each element served a different purpose, but together they helped create a cohesive event environment.
Designing Around People, Not Just Spaces
At NeosCreative, our approach to design starts with a simple question:
How do we want people to feel, move and interact within this environment?
It's a philosophy that shapes everything we create, whether we're designing an exhibition stand, an international conference, a brand activation or an immersive customer experience.
For events like IAMTN, this means looking beyond individual structures and considering the complete delegate journey.
How do people navigate the venue? Where do they naturally gather? How can sponsors attract attention without disrupting the event? And how can the environment encourage conversations that might not otherwise happen?
These questions help inform the creative and practical decisions behind a successful experience.
Our wider creative design and production services bring together concept development, spatial design, brand storytelling, technical planning, production and on-site delivery.
The aim is always the same: to create environments that look great, work effectively and deliver meaningful value for everyone involved.
The Power of Collaboration
TEMPORARY IMAGE PLACEHOLDER — PRODUCTION
Great events rarely happen in isolation.
They rely on the combined expertise of creative teams, production specialists, suppliers, event organisers and venue partners, all working towards the same goal.
Our collaboration with 5Studio on the IAMTN Annual Summit demonstrated the value of bringing complementary skills together.
By combining creative thinking with practical production expertise and coordinated delivery, we were able to support the different environments that made up the summit.
It's a collaborative approach we value at NeosCreative, enabling us to support projects of different sizes and complexities while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency and attention to detail.
Your Exhibition Could Be the Beginning of Something Bigger
Here's something we believe more brands should be thinking about.
Your exhibition stand doesn't have to be the beginning and end of your event strategy. It can be the centre of something much bigger.
An exhibition brings your customers, prospects, partners and industry peers together in one place. That creates opportunities extending far beyond the show floor.
Imagine building additional experiences around your next exhibition:
- A private customer reception the evening before the show.
- A networking event bringing together key industry contacts.
- An exclusive product launch or demonstration.
- A VIP experience for important clients and partners.
- A thought-leadership session or specialist workshop.
- A branded satellite event away from the main exhibition venue.
These additional touchpoints can extend conversations, strengthen relationships and help maximise the value of your exhibition investment.
Rather than treating an exhibition as a standalone activity, we see an opportunity to create a connected programme of experiences, each designed around a specific audience and objective.
From Creative Thinking to Complete Delivery
Whether we're supporting a two-day conference, creating an exhibition environment or developing a series of connected brand experiences, our role is to help turn ambitious ideas into practical, engaging realities.
We can support the process from initial creative thinking and spatial planning through to design development, technical coordination, production, installation and on-site delivery.
Because ultimately, great event design isn't just about creating something impressive to look at.
It's about creating something people want to be part of, something that encourages connection and something they remember.
