Why are they attending?
Why are they at the show? What problems do they face, what makes their lives difficult, and what’s their biggest challenge?
What are their goals?
What goals do they have, what outcome are they looking for, and what would make their life easier?
Who are they?
Age, location, gender and profession. Where do they go for information about products like yours or the problems they face? What are their typical traits: risk takers or risk avoiders, tech-savvy or not?

What are their experiences?
Where, when and how do they use the product? How do they currently find information about it, and what are they already familiar with?
What frustrations might they have?
What are they worried about, what fears do they have, and what might stop them using your product or service?
“Give your persona a name, a role and a face.”
Bring it together
Add an image, a role and a quick description, so your whole team, and your creative partner, can picture the person you’re designing for.
